326-unit Apartment Project in Malaysia Passes Final Inspection and Acceptance
 

On May 7, 2021, 326-unit apartment projects in Puchong, Malaysia passed the final inspection by Quality Inspection Department of CIDB (Construction Industry Development Board) and received the Acceptance Certificate for Completion issued by the department with a high score of 85 on June 7.

 

The project commenced on May 3, 2016 and was completed on May 7, 2021. The built-up area is 891,000 square meters and the total cost equals to RMB 192 million yuan. Throughout the construction process, the project team strictly implemented various safety production regulations and documentation requirements both from Malaysian and within Yanjian Group, adhered to the policy of "safety first, prevention crucial, treatment comprehensive", conscientiously enhanced the sense of responsibility and urgency, carried out the most stringent standards, solid work style, took the strongest action to ensure safe production and strictly controlled project quality. The project won unanimous praise from the developer IOI Properties Group, structure engineer and architect.

 

During the inspection and acceptance, CIDB was very satisfied with the quality of the project and gave a high score of 85, which is the highest score achieved by IOI Properties Group so far. It laid a good foundation for the company to cooperate with IOI and further develop the Malaysian market.
